With 25 years of expertise in the sector, it has established itself as a benchmark in leisure travel, offering domestic and international packages for groups and individual travelers, as well as personalized itineraries (for passes) that translate each client's desires into unique moments.

Now, we take a new step in our history: we present the Ricca TravelMore than just a name change, this evolution reflects modernity, proximity, and the strength of a brand that grows alongside its customers. We maintain our traditional essence—excellence, exclusivity, and attention to every detail—but with a renewed identity to continue transforming dreams into unforgettable trips.

Who is Monikinha?

My story with tourism, I believed, had begun when, at the beginning of 2000, having recently graduated in economics, and already disappointed with the financial market and the banks where I worked, I was invited by a friend to help him on an excursion that the city council was offering to elderly residents.

I was delighted with the invitation and went to help him; actually providing services for an agency that worked for the city hall at that time.

My first group went to the city of São Lourenço in MG, we made about 50 groups or more and I thought the experience was incredible.

Believing that with my Economist degree I was already able to work in this market, I spoke to the owner of the agency and she told me that I needed to graduate in tourism. Without thinking twice, I enrolled in the course in Rio de Janeiro and went to study…

But going back a little, I see that my love for traveling began when I was little aboard a yellow Chevette, my father, whenever he had time off, would take our family on short trips and my mother would prepare the styrofoam with various delicacies and treats for we go out happily on the roads.

And so, since I was little, I grew up loving traveling, and that's why I'm always looking for a new destination...
