Arrival at Mohamed V Airport, Casablanca. After customs clearance, you will be greeted by our staff, who will identify your group. You will be introduced to the driver and guide. Transfer to Casablanca, the largest and most cosmopolitan Moroccan city on the Atlantic coast, known for its blend of modernity and tradition. With architecture that combines Art Deco and Islamic influences, its main icon is the imposing Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, which can accommodate up to 25,000 people inside and out. Passage along the Corniche for initial photos and impressions, check-in at the hotel, and overnight stay. Casablanca
After breakfast, visit the interior of the Hassan II Mosque, then continue to Rabat, with a guided tour of the administrative capital and the seat of the Moroccan government. The tour begins outside the Royal Palace, the mausoleum of Muhammad, and sees the unfinished Hassan Tower. En route to Tangier, with strategic stops for sightseeing and photographs, we will take a panoramic tour upon arrival of this city founded in the 5th century BC, which has often been the scene of territorial wars due to its strategic location. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
After breakfast, the day is dedicated to exploring the city of Tangier and all its spaces and contrasts between the meeting of the seas (Mediterranean and Atlantic), its souks, a visit to the Cave of Hercules and its surroundings, continuing after lunch to the blue city, the Moroccan pearl Chefchaouen, to enjoy the sunset from a viewpoint overlooking the city, later staying overnight. Tangier
After a traditional breakfast, a guided tour of Chefchaouen's blue alleys, its springs where washerwomen are a distinct attraction, plenty of photos, and quirky paths that will leave many memories. The group continues on to Fez, with scheduled stops in Mackness, where its walls with their magnificent gates and the royal stables will be carefully explored with a local guide. End of the day with arrival in Fez, accommodation and overnight stay.
A day entirely dedicated to exploring Fez, the religious capital of Morocco, and all its charms. Starting at a lookout point for a unique view of the city, you'll visit the golden bronze gates of the royal palace and the old medina, featuring the Madrasah el Attarine, the Nejjarine fountain, the Karaouine mosque, and the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. Within the medina, some strategic stops include the famous tannery featured in scenes from the soap opera "Clone," the tapestry factory, shops selling various souvenirs, and a suggestion for lunch inside the medina at a typical restaurant. Continue to a visit to the ceramics factory, where, from the handling of clay to the completion of various ceramic forms, visitors will experience the true art of Moroccan mosaics. Overnight stay.
On the way to the desert after breakfast, stops in cities such as Ifran, known as the Moroccan Switzerland, where there is even snowfall in winter; the group continues crossing the cedar forests until reaching the city of Midelt, always heading towards the gate of the Merzouga desert, where there will be a change of car for a 4x4, entering the dunes (dromedary ride for this route also available); arrival at the luxury camp in time to enjoy the sunset in the dunes, followed by a typical dinner (included) and a later luau with integration of the group with the desert natives and other guests of the camp, with traditional music and occasional birthday celebrations/anniversaries of some member of the group.
After an indescribable sunrise over the dunes surrounding the camp, we begin our journey along the ancient routes of the famous Moroccan dune rallies, discovering the lives of the nomads who still enjoy this lifestyle. We enjoy traditional tea with our families and their way of life. We visit oases, desert landscapes, and palm groves, where irrigation systems can be seen. We pass along trails that will lead us to one of the most beautiful landscapes along the route: the Todra Gorges, a canyon with walls over 300 meters high that are the gateway to the Atlas Mountains. Arrival in Ouarzazate, accommodation, and overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel, a brief tour of the city of Ouarzazate to visit one of the circuit's most important tourist attractions, the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the setting for countless films, including "Gladiator" and "The Mummy," among others. Continuing through the Atlas Mountains, arrival in Marrakech, situated at the foot of the mountains, a city famous for its labyrinthine medinas, colorful souks, historic palaces, and the iconic Jema El-Fna Square. Accommodation and overnight stay.
DAY 9: MARRAKECH
Our city tour begins at the Menara Gardens, a 90-hectare olive grove, followed by the majestic Koutoubia minaret, twin tower of the Giralda in Seville and a symbol of the city of Marrakech; a strategic stop at a Berber pharmacy to discover the world of local medicine, a visit to the Bahia Palace, the Saladin tombs, and ending the day at Jemaa El-Fna square. We suggest watching the sunset in the square at a strategically located rooftop café. Accommodation and overnight stay. Marrakech
Day off with suggestion Visit the Ourika Valley in the Atlas Mountains, starting the day with a hot air balloon ride to appreciate the sunrise over the desert area surrounding Marrakech. Alternatively, a free morning for rest or a return to the souks, with the possibility of visiting a Hamam, the traditional Moroccan bath, a millenary cultural tradition widely known among locals.
